Orders placed with Power Gear Pros can be canceled at no cost as long as they haven't been shipped from the warehouse or assigned tracking information. If your order has been assigned tracking, it cannot be canceled and will require you to follow the return process detailed below. Returns due to customer remorse are evaluated on a case-by-case basis due to the nature of the products involved.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of package delivery.
