Order Cancellations
Orders placed with Power Gear Pros can be canceled at no cost as long as they haven't been shipped from the warehouse or assigned tracking information. If your order has been assigned tracking, it cannot be canceled and will require you to follow the return process detailed below. Pre-ordered or back-ordered items can be canceled free of charge before restocking and shipment unless otherwise notified.

The return must be initiated within 30 days of package delivery.
The product must be in its original packaging, in brand-new condition, and unused.

Damages
It is essential to be present for package delivery, whether by standard ground shipping via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL freight shipping. Please carefully inspect the packaging upon arrival.
