Order Cancellations

Orders placed with Power Gear Pros can be canceled at no cost as long as they haven't been shipped from the warehouse or assigned tracking information. If your order has been assigned tracking, it cannot be canceled and will require you to follow the return process detailed below. Pre-ordered or back-ordered items can be canceled free of charge before restocking and shipment unless otherwise notified.

If the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging, we will provide a shipping quote, which the customer is responsible for. Damages
