What does W and Wh mean?

W stands for Watts, which tells you how much energy something uses or produces. Inverter outputs are measured in W. So a 5,000W inverter could output up to 5,000 watts of power at any given moment.

Wh stands for Watt-hours, which measures how much power is used or stored over time. For example, if a 5,000Wh battery could store enough energy to power a device that uses 5,000W of energy for an hour.
