Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email, verifying that we've received your order and authorized payment to begin processing.

Processing Time: Allow 1-3 business days for us to confirm your order before it's packed and prepared for shipment. If there are any delays, we will contact you via phone call and or email immediately.

Handling Time: After confirmation, your order is packed and prepared to ship from the warehouse. Handling time varies based on the size, weight, and shipping method. The specific handling time details are listed on each product's page.

Shipping & Transit

All orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $11.99.

Small or Lightweight Items: Shipped via carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS, these items usually ship quickly and may not require a signature upon delivery.

Heavy or Bulky Items: Large equipment or multi-item orders will be delivered via Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers to your curbside unless otherwise specified by a Power Gear Pros representative.

Leaving the Warehouse: In-stock items are picked and packed by our team and shipped out in the order received. Processing times may vary during busy seasons.

Tracking Number: Once your shipment is scheduled with the freight carrier, a tracking number and Bill of Lading number are assigned. We will send you the tracking number in a shipment confirmation email to allow you to track your order.

Delivery Time: Transit times vary depending on the destination, typically arriving within 1 to 7 business days after leaving the warehouse. Delays outside our control during transit may occur.

Delivery Appointment: For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to arrange a 4-hour delivery window. You must be present to sign the Bill of Lading or incur redelivery fees.

Delivery: For facilities with a loading dock, the driver will unload at the dock. Without a loading dock, the item will be lowered using a lift gate and delivered curbside or to the nearest safe drop-off location.

What To Expect At Delivery

Curbside Delivery: The driver will leave your item on a pallet at your curbside.

Inspect Before Signing: Inspect the boxes and pallets for damage before signing. If there's damage, mark “DAMAGED, NEEDS REVIEW” on the delivery receipt, take photos or videos, and email them to info@PowerGearPros.com.

Unpack and Check: Open and inspect your items for missing or damaged parts within 2-3 business days. Report any issues promptly to ensure effective support.

Extreme Damage: If your shipment shows severe damage or broken components, document with photos/videos and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at info@PowerGearPros.com.

Installation: Freight drivers do not bring products indoors or install them. Be ready to move heavy boxes to the desired location. If you're expecting an installer to help you out, make sure you plan accordingly. 

Additional Services

Threshold Delivery: If needed, we can arrange delivery into a safe, dry place on your property instead of curbside for an additional fee.

Professional Installation: We can help connect your with professional installers should you need one. Request a quote before ordering or if needed for an already delivered item.

Storage Fees and Missed Deliveries

If you cannot receive the order upon arrival, storage or additional shipping fees may apply. Inform us before ordering or as soon as possible to schedule a specific delivery date. Failure to respond to freight company contact attempts or being absent at drop-off will result in fees.
