Direct Wall Outlet Connection: Always plug the AC Charging Cable directly into an AC wall outlet. Ensure that the outlet can provide a current greater than 15A to support optimal charging speeds.
Adjust Charge Speed if Necessary: If your wall outlet does not support more than 15A, use the AC Charge Speed Switch on your DELTA Max to reduce the charging speed accordingly.

Order Cancellations
Orders placed with Power Gear Pros can be canceled at no cost as long as they haven't been shipped from the warehouse or assigned tracking information. If your order has been assigned tracking, it cannot be canceled and will require you to follow the return process detailed below. Pre-ordered or back-ordered items can be canceled free of charge before restocking and shipment unless otherwise notified.

Returns due to customer remorse are evaluated on a case-by-case basis due to the nature of the products involved.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of package delivery.
The product must be in its original packaging, in brand-new condition, and unused.

Damages
It is essential to be present for package delivery, whether by standard ground shipping via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL freight shipping. Please carefully inspect the packaging upon arrival. If there is any damage or missing items, note it upon signing the BOL (Bill of Landing) for freight deliveries, or report damages to the ground shipping carrier within seven days.
